Message	by dropping the cross member and removing the oil pan. I've removed the cross member by using 3 jacks. 1 jack was to hold up the engine as close to the tranny as possible (and w/ a piece of wood), and 1 jack on each frame under the driver and passenger seats. This only took 30 minutes max.
